We are thrilled to welcome Frank Ferrara, from Historic Philadelphia’s Once Upon A Nation, for an in-depth master class on the art of STORYTELLING.

Why is storytelling so important for Santa?
Because every child has a story — and every visit with Santa should have one, too.
A great Santa doesn’t simply answer, “What do you want for Christmas?” He listens. He engages. He creates a moment. Whether it’s talking about reindeer, the North Pole, a favorite Christmas tradition, or helping a child believe in something just a little bigger than themselves, storytelling transforms a Santa visit from a photo opportunity into a cherished memory.

Frank will help us sharpen those skills and teach us how to bring stories to life, connect with our audiences, and make every Clausian visit special, personal, and memorable.

That’s right — Santa and Mrs. Claus now have their very own Exercise Physiologist!

We are excited to welcome Coach Steve, who will help us understand why keeping Santa healthy, strong, mobile, and in top shape is so important.

The Tri-State Santa Consortium is incredibly proud of our members and everyone who has participated in our masterclasses.

While the red suit may bring smiles, it's the hearts behind the beards that truly make the difference.

We want to recognize and celebrate the many Santa’s and Mrs Claus’s in our organization who generously give back to their local communities throughout the year. From wrestling the Grinch in front of thousands of excited Santa maniacs, to being "rescued" from pirates in Wildwood, New Jersey, to bringing holiday magic to beach events across Delaware and Maryland, our members are always finding creative ways to spread joy, laughter, and the spirit of giving.

Their generosity extends far beyond special events. Our Santas serve dinner to cancer patients and their families, visit local businesses to share holiday cheer and warm wishes with customers, appear on local television news to spread the joy of the season and check in to make sure everyone is staying on the Nice List by choosing kindness, support charitable organizations, participate in community fundraisers, and create unforgettable moments for children, families, seniors, and those who simply need a reason to smile.

These appearances are about so much more than entertainment. They create lasting memories, strengthen communities, inspire kindness, and remind us all that the true spirit of Santa is found in compassion, generosity, and service to others.

The Tri-State Santa Consortium is more than a group of talented performers—we are a family of dedicated volunteers and ambassadors of goodwill. We are honored to have such an outstanding group of Santas, Mrs. Clauses, and holiday performers who selflessly donate their time, talents, and caring hearts to make a positive impact wherever they go.

To each of our members: thank you for embodying the true spirit of Christmas all year long.
