Bud came in to sign his piece “Curse of Fragility” which he created to represent his gf Trinity after she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. He said it represents that even though you’re a fragile woman, you can still be a strong woman. This resonated so deeply with the buyer that she cried. She gave me permission to share her story that since her son was m*rdered six years ago, she has felt very fragile and broken… understandably, but has stayed as strong as she can. I’m glad Bud’s work helped in how it touched her.

SHER’s N**e of the Day: 🤷🏼‍♀️

In the early 80s (when I was 18)
I attended Kansas City Art Institute for a bit. I still have a giant newsprint pad the size of a dishwasher chock full of charcoal drawings from live n**e models. I decided to try to take some of my old work as inspiration & turn them into paintings. I did this little acrylic 5 x 7 this morning.

I’ve been trying to practice doing a few pieces to get back into the swing of things since I’m kinda rusty. So I did a lil 5x7 acrylic of Larry’s car. I used some candy colors just for fun.
This one won’t be for sale. It already has a home. 😉💚🦊

I just got 38 new pieces in Sunday that I will be on a ladder hanging this week & weekend!
