Thursday night was another breakthrough night of fun. Letting go.. being aware… creating characters (without realizing it!).. giving and taking. We did it all AND we laughed a lot. I can honestly say I love all of these people. Thank you for trusting me and supporting each other. 🧡

Hi VIP’s!!! Hope you’re all gearing up for a fantastic weekend!! A couple of big announcements:

First,  I am performing with an improv group on Monday, 8pm at the Zephyr on Melrose Ave!! (I’ll make another post with the link)

Second, our own Shari Sambursky will be performing Thursday night around 7:30 at the Tail o the Pup in Hollywood if anyone wants to do a field trip instead of class. Let me know your interest below in comments!!

Also, *NO SATURDAY CLASS* this weekend!! We will be starting Saturday classes next month!! More info and details to come! 🙏

Hi All!!! Missed you all last week - I will put class announcements *on this wall* so there’s never confusion again. Missed classes will be rare.
There IS class this THURSDAY the 27th then an ADDITIONAL workout on Saturday the 29th from 11-1!! (I might extend it an hour) Hopikg new people join us!! I’ll put out a flyer this week!

If you don't know, now you know. :) Gary was brilliant and changed many lives, including mine. He died on April 1, 2017 and is very, very missed.
