No better way to celebrate freedom than to use it.
Got better together this morning with my F3 brothers for back to back workouts at The Gate. Qs Screw Loose and Carter brought the heat with a 4 mile interval run & a Red White and Blue Beatdown. Shovel flags planted, work done, sun rising over West Sac.
