If you haven't gotten tickets yet, you're still in luck. Tickets are still available at the door! Gather up your ghoulfriends or partner up with that special someone for a fun night out including seasonal crafts, free food, a Halloween costume contest, and more at The Museum!

Looking to reconnect with your green thumb? Please join us in the auditorium on October 20 for Arboretum Education: Sustainable Agriculture Practices in the Third World presented by University of VT Institute of Agroecology Professor Andrew Gerlicz!

Professor Gerlicz works with indigenous farmers, focusing on soil health and sustainable agriculture practices to meet the challenges of small coffee and cacao farmers.

This program is held in The Museum’s auditorium and is free to attend. No registration is required.

Looking for a unique budget friendly night out this Halloween?

Join us for a fun night filled with delicious catered food including chicken tenders, paninis, Caesar salad, dessert, chips, sodas, and water, as well as seasonal crafts including DIY pearly ghosts, painted plant pots with free succulents grown in our arboretum, black light glowing specimen jars, and MORE all included in the price of admission! Alcoholic beverages from Ridgewood Winery and Gourmet popcorn from Daisy Creations are also available for an additional price.

Enjoy a relaxed and engaging evening at The Museum as you explore our galleries at your own pace, without the usual daytime crowds. Take part in special events like an SFX makeup demo, Monsters Mystery and Medicine, a presentation by Curator Kim, and a Halloween Costume Contest with a prize! Enjoy great conversation and soak in the creative atmosphere, all in a welcoming and laid-back setting. Join us for a friendly night of discovery and fun!

Please join us on Sunday November 1st from 10am-3pm for the third annual Yuletide Holiday Market!

This year the Yuletide Holiday Market vendors will be located in the Stone Terrace Tent, along the paths of The Arboretum, and inside The Museum Atrium. Local vendors, artists, and creators of all kinds will be selling all kinds of holiday creations including original art pieces, books, baked goods, and more!

This is the perfect event to enjoy The Arboretum while supporting local businesses and finding unique holiday gifts.

This event is free to attend! NEW THIS YEAR! Holiday crafts for children and adults will be available in The Neag Planetarium for a small fee. Join us to kick off the holiday season!

Please join us on October 22 for Hispanic Heritage: Culture, Art, and Legacy!

Join educators from The Museum for an exciting morning filled with special tours and hands-on projects that the whole family can enjoy! Programs are designed for elementary school age students (younger and older siblings welcome to participate).

Reservations are available on our website, and pricing for an individual session is as follows:
Members: $20 (1 adult and 1 child); $8 for each additional child or adult
RSD Families for individual sessions: $20 (1 adult and 1 child); $8 for each additional child or adult
Non-Members for individual sessions: $30 (1 adult and 1 child); $14 for each additional child or adult

Please join Museum Educators and other community partners as we celebrate the Halloween season with a safe trick or treating event at The Museum! Children will receive Halloween and Fall themed crafts to take home in addition to coupons and snacks provided by our sponsors as they travel to the various treat stations throughout our galleries. Trick or Treat at The Museum is on October 24, and runs from 9-11am.

Tickets are available on our website, and ticket prices are as follows:
Museum Members – Children $5; Adults FREE
RSD Families – Children $5; Adults FREE
Non-Members – Activities FREE with paid museum admission
