*Keep Rollin' ON, my People🤟😎..
'Silver Linings' is a yearly publication by Tower Health, which includes accepted creative works submitted by some of the over 10G employees from all of their Hospitals, and other facilities. Of the 100s of submissions, I was privileged enough to have my poem 'Roll ON' accepted and on pg. 7 of the 2025 edition. The vast majority of the book is photography, with a few stories, and just a couple poems. These words are actually lyrics to a song of mine, but formatted as a poem for this purpose. I am beyond Grateful for the acceptance and Publication of my very personal Expression of these words, which were written to myself during the past few wild rollercoaster years. *”MISERY”© (M. Rossi) … Another one from the DARK Side! We exhibit ALL Human thoughts, reflections and emotions, whether, deep-seeded or transient. ALL are ARTistic eventually Expressions and/or Philosophical considerations from the Bridge between Heart and Head. No more, No less!!!❤️‍🔥… This song has it origins as a full rap track from early 1990s. Mike had written a couple verses from some intensely deep experiences, and I was the only one of our crew to complete a verse to add. MRossi also had some musical beginnings, which were reworked. The song got put on the shelf for 10 years or so, until MRossi created, wrote, programmed, and recorded all of the beats and music for this version, with his lyrics being sung now to present as more of a rock style. I heard it, loved it, and asked if we could interject my original verse into the middle of the song. Mike agreed, so we proceeded and he completed the mix. I hope there is still a chance we may get to record this again, with all live instrumentation, even incorporating some of the original unused musical ideas. That is up to Mike, but I shall keep pushing buttons, LOL🤣🤙 … ThankYou for Reading and Listening!!!💜

*”SumZERO” demo/Experiment … Here is one from the DARK Side! Anything involving CKaos may be a LIGHT Side, DARK Side, or ANYthing in between Expression and Production. We exhibit ALL Human thoughts, reflections and emotions, whether, deep-seeded or transient. ALL are ARTistic Expressions and/or Philosophical considerations from the Bridge between Heart and Head. No more, No lesss!!!❤️‍🔥 This early 2000s unfinished track was initiated by MRossi with a beat and 2 verses, adding some guitar input by ZIG! I then experimented with those beginnings, adding some live bass guitar and minimal vocal backing to MRossi’s verses. Finally I added the angsty ‘Chorus’ vocals, played only once in this trial. There is an interesting story of where those words came from.😉🤙 … Thank You for reading and listening!

“ROLL ON” (rhythm instrmental) 🌎🌞🤙 … (*Registered Copyright) Fully arranged Song: Rhythm, Harmony, and, Texture base. In the key of Eminor, modulating to Gmajor for choruses. Needing final Melodies from Vocals and Solo instrument to top. Lyrics complete, yet to be recorded. Alto Sax or Electric Guitar needed for embellishments and solo work. Poem written by CKaos in NY state, philosophizing on a Beautiful day by the river. Beats programmed by CKaos. Bass written and played live by CKaos on accoustic bass, with initial inspiration supplied by Brother Joel Suarez.🙏💜✌️😎 Electric Guitar and Synth Keyboard also written, played live, and recorded by CKaos. … This piece is intended to be quite complex sonically. What a process to create, this has been! Multi-layered rhythms throughout between Beat components and instrumentation. Many altered chord structures: Inversions, Chords created across different instruments, and occasional Non-chordal tones utilized. HipPfunk experiment💥 Hype lil rhythm instrumental🎶 ... Began with a simply powerful RJ live guitar riff (and break) full of attitude. CKaos took a few minutes to create a contrasting electronic base beat to widen the creativity. CKaos then filled the void with some simply funky live Bass (and break). Some recording and minimal editing creates this BOOMblastic Groove Train which may or may not later acquire lyrics, more changes, and solo instrumentation. Open to ideas musicians and vocalists🔥🎼✌️😎

“WHO’s IN CHARGE? (Free Will and the Science of the Brain)” … Here is CKaos’ summary of this phenomenal and controversial book by Dr. Michael Gazzaniga, who is often referred to as the ‘Father of Cognitive Neuroscience’. The audio was a completed project for my ‘Neurobiology’ class at PSU in 2012. I recorded my summary over a piece of improvised space jamming recorded with the Shatter’d Youth crew. RJ on guitar, Josh on Bass, Jason on keys, and myself on drumz with no preplanned direction at all! The words are my version of a summary of the book, not my opinion, critique, or analysis. We were able to choose any book associated with neurobiology, and when I found this one I knew it was ON! I definitely enjoyed the book, and really do follow and give value to his proposed theory concerning human Free Will. Dr. Gazzaniga did catch much heat from hardcore deterministic scientists for this book, but that is one of the reasons I appreciate the effort so much. True revolutionaries most often go against the accepted status quo, but with reasonable abandon! … Thanks for Listening!!! I hope you enjoy✌️🤯🤙🔥🧠💀💖
