Hey guys, I was told that I should start this cause people were mentioning that they wanted to help.
This past week I was traveling to North Carolina to serve at a Young Life camp for 3 weeks. I had to bring my PC (which had all of my work that I’ve ever done from the past 14yrs including my new album that I had been working on.) so I could work with the artists I’ve been working with and stream my Critique show for the CHH community. Well as I was trying to board my flight I was forced to check my bag in cause they said my carry on was too big. I pleaded with them and explained that my contained my computer and how this is my source of income. They said I wouldn’t be able to board the plane with my bag and that I needed to check it in. I had no other choice but to cooperate and check my bag in. When I got to North Carolina, I saw a worker grab my bag and toss it onto a cart. My heart dropped, I knew something was wrong. I ended up making it to camp and tried to turn my computer on only to find that my PC had 2 dents on the side of it and it wouldn’t let me get to the login screen, It just kept recycling through the BIOS screen. I was in shock and started to cry, everything that I had ever created and currently am working on was on there. I filed a claim with American Airlines and they sent me a sorry excuse for an apology.
While I’m currently working on how to move forward with that situation, I’m in need of a new computer to continue my work of streaming, remaking my clients work and restarting my album. It’s a stressful time but I know God is doing a work, I may not know what that is but I do know who He is and He has never failed me.
