March 6th bazaar is postponed until a new date can be arranged. Once again, we have outgrown our venue. We need to downsize, or find a larger place. I’m in favor of finding a larger place. I’ll be checking with some local churches and welcome your ideas 💡

🤷‍♀️ Would you like me to make this page into a selling site❓
I’m thinking it would give us opportunities to sell our merchandise in between the scheduled bazaars. This would be another way for us to help support small businesses 👍 Also, there are some folks who make some pretty cool stuff but are not comfortable setting up a booth right now.

Hidden Bazaar Important details

1. Setup instructions- You may set up anytime on Friday after 10 am until 8pm Or Saturday between 7 and 8:30 am Please know if you try to set up after 8:30am on Saturday, you will need to carry everything from you parked car to the set up area. There are no vehicles permitted within the designated event area after 8:30am. If you choose to set up on Friday, please make sure your booth area is protected from unexpected rain. The driveway into the property is narrow and you will need to drive slowly. Once you turn onto the property we will direct you to the area to unload. Please unload your vehicle quickly and then drive your vehicle to the designated Vendor Parking Area in the back of the property. We have several vendors setting up Saturday morning so it is important for us to move vehicles in and out quickly and safely.
2. Remember to bring your own table(s), chairs, and tent. If you don’t want to bring a tent, that’s fine. If you do bring a tent, it does not need to be a specific size or color. Limited power is available but needs to be specified prior to the date of the Hidden Bazaar so we can accommodate you.
3. Call Amanda 561-319-4809 if you need Handicapped Parking accommodations.
4. If you are unable to stay until 4pm you will need to carry your items to your vehicle. There are no vehicles allowed within the Hidden Bazaar area from 8:30 until 4:30.
5. ***Rainout Date*** If we must cancel any Saturday event because of rain, we will run the event the next day - (Sunday).
6. The non-refundable charge for all vendors is only $25 per event. Kids who sell items at their own booth do not pay. I love supporting and encouraging our kiddo entrepreneurs. Please make your payment as soon as you are approved to participate in order to reserve your spot. I try my best to not have duplicate businesses with the exception of crafters. For example, I will approve more than one handmade jewelry vendor or entertainment business. Please submit payment through Venmo to Amanda Akdag or PayPal.me/amandasjunkdrawer.

Bring your family, invite your friends and neighbors. Remember to share our event on your social media too.
