Facts : 📣Program has successfully trained numerous young women to become professional cheerleaders 📣One of the most successful semi pro cheerleader teams in the country. 📣 Have done thousands of hours of community service appearances and performances. 📣 Given girls opportunities to model , create jobs and references !
To become a member you can send me a current headshot, brief cheer/dance bio and contact information to [email protected] Must be female over the age of 18 by August 1st. If you are a fit for the team we will then send you an invite to attend our rehearsal to tryout for the 2024 Palm Beach CAPOS Cheerleaders squad !

Final game of the season tonight. Special halftime performance by Sounds of Success Community Marching Band. 106.1 FM ESPN-West Palm will be at game doing games and giving out free ESPN swag. Concessions and Capos merch available. Bring the whole family, your friends and your neighbors and pack the house out! Kids 12 and under free, everyone else $10.

This Saturday is our final home game of the season. Halftime performance by Sounds of Success Community Marching Band. Gates open at 5pm, kickoff is set for 6pm.

Concessions and Capos Merchandise will be available for purchase.

ESPN West Palm will be there doing games and giving out ESPN swag.

This Saturday we're back at home against the Bay Area Reapers. Come out and support your local adult amateur football team. This game has playoff implications and we're looking to come out victorious.

As a reminder for those that plan on attending:
Due to field being a high school and following school district policy that following are prohibited anywhere on school grounds including the stadium and parking lots:

‼️No Alcohol
‼️No Smoking( Ci******es, vapes, e-cigs, ci**rs, Ma*****na, etc)
‼️No weapons of any kind.

Concessions will be available as well as 106.3 ESPN-West Palm will be at the game doing giveaways for the fans. Bring the family out and enjoy some great local football.

This weeks matchup! We're back at home after a tough fought road loss. This week let's pack the house! ESPN-West Palm 106.3 will be at the game from 5pm-7pm with their street team handing out free stuff.

As a reminder to all spectators:
-NO smoking(cigarettes, vapes, e-pens, etc)
-No weapons
-No alcohol consumption
In Parking lot or inside venue

Capos branded merchandise will be for sale at the game so grab your tshirts and hats while in attendance.
