I am starting a page for my memories bears/ Quilts. I started making the bears after my dad died. It was tradition for him to buy the grandkids a bear when they came home from the hospital, so when my niece and nephew and son were born unfortunately my dad was no longer here to share that tradition, so I carried it on by making a bear out of his clothing for each of them. This is when I decided I wanted to help make other people a keepsake to cherish and hug as if they were hugging their loved one. Since then I have made quilts with pictures and monogram teddy bears made from baby onesies and receiving blankets. Here are a few of the bears and quilts I have made.
