Inwardly, it was written not only to give audiences a much needed escape from this looming reality we live in, but to be a metaphor for how humans should cherish and champion positive connections every single day. Outwardly, by employing this deliciously unique storyline, with all-original music, we hope to catapult casting in entertainment into a brighter, more inclusive echelon. Beyond the stage, MUTT also serves a higher purpose—using art as a catalyst for compassion. The show partners with rescue organizations and animal welfare advocates across the country to raise awareness for shelter dogs and animals with disabilities. By spotlighting the resilience and loyalty of our four-legged friends, we aim to inspire audiences to take action—whether that means adopting, donating, volunteering, or simply spreading kindness. MUTT is more than a musical; it’s a movement that celebrates empathy, inclusion, and the powerful bond between humans and animals. We welcome partnerships with organizations that share our mission. Emily is a dancer, choreographer, and educator whose purpose is to spread love and joy through dance! She’s danced for Tyga, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, City Girls, and the B2K Millennium Tour. She’s also a principal dancer for the Santa Monica burlesque show: Western Revenge at Harvelles.

Joshua Sude is a Los Angeles-based cartoon artist who started his creative journey as a stand-up comedian. For nearly a decade, he’s been bringing the comedy scene to life through his unique artistic style—creating strange characters and scenarios inspired by his sharp observations of the world.
Now, Joshua writes, animates, and voices his own cartoons, blending humor and heart into everything he creates.
For MUTT, Joshua’s comedic sensibility was the perfect match. His artwork captures the absurdity, wit, and warmth of our three-legged hero’s journey—making our visuals as bold and unforgettable as the story itself.

Meet the powerhouse producer behind MUTT: Linda Joe. 💪
In her latest feature with , Linda opens up about creating space for the underserved, the unseen, and the voices that often go unheard.
From USC Film School to producing across film, TV, theater, sports, and live events at Comic-Con, the NBA, and the Super Bowl—Linda’s career spans the entire entertainment industry. As a Korean American global producer, she’s always prioritized diversity and representation.
But her heart? It’s with MUTT – A New Musical Comedy. A story about a three-legged rescue dog chasing belonging in Hollywood.
Linda’s work ethic comes from watching her parents grind for 40+ years running a small restaurant—seven days a week, no excuses. That discipline fuels everything she does today.
Alongside Marcus Terrell Smith, Linda is launching Morning Cartoons Entertainment in 2026 to bring even more bold, original stories to life. 🎬
