Noise Complaint EP 06 is LIVE! (link in comments)

We're back in Ben's basement! This time with stop.drop.rewind These guys have been making music together for nearly 20 years, and it shows. DJ, Andy, and Kris brought the kind of chemistry you can't fake. Locked-in performances, a hilarious interview, and some of the most thoughtful conversation we've had on this show.

We talked about everything from their songwriting process (including a method they call "The Grinder"... don't ask), to writing a song about an alien cat, DIY foley sounds hidden in their albums, a punk rock Christmas record, and why the music industry has never really changed. Oh, and Lou got the show dates wrong on camera. There's gonna need to be better help around here.

EP.03 of Noise Complaint is loud, emotional, and borderline unsafe for loose objects in the house. We had the pleasure of hosting Ultra-Lite from Philadelphia while they were passing through and they absolutely did not hold back.

Huge thanks to the band for stopping in and bringing that Philly energy straight into the basement.
