I was planning to share this in November or December for the 2027 year, but I don’t think I can wait that long. 😅
2027 Session Booking Update!
Due to fewer bookings for photography events and quite a few cancellations lately, I will no longer be offering mini sessions at rental venues. Moving forward, rental venue sessions will require booking a full hour.
When I offer mini sessions, even one cancellation can have a significant impact on my income, especially when I’m unable to find another client to fill that available time slot. With the lower number of bookings, I’ll also be offering fewer events and session dates moving forward.
If you’re interested in booking an animal session in 2027, I highly recommend reaching out early to reserve your date, especially if you have a high school senior who would love this type of experience.
I work with several amazing, licensed animal caretakers, and their schedules tend to fill up very quickly. In addition to photography sessions with me, they have incredibly busy schedules filled with educational programs, animal care, rehabilitation work, and so many other responsibilities. They are seriously some of the busiest people I know, and caring for animals is a 24/7 commitment.
Because of this, available animal dates can be very limited, and I cannot guarantee that last minute requests will be accommodated. This is also why I request specific dates so far in advance each year.
I appreciate every single person who books with me, shares my work, recommends me, and supports my small business. These animal sessions are something I’ve loved being able to offer for so many years, and I hope to continue creating these unique experiences for you for more years to come.
Thank you for understanding these changes and for continuing to support me. It means more than you know. ♥️
