Well… I survived my first styled shoot. 😂

If you know me, you know I’m a lone wolf. Small groups of people-especially groups of women—scare the absolute hell out of me. 😂😂😂

But since I was already delivering a charcuterie graze and cubes to The Gardens Wedding Center in Allenton, I figured… why not? Let’s try something new. So I signed up to shoot. (Give them a follow too bc if you’re in the market for a solid wedding venue with HEAPS of stunning photo opportunities and a phenomenal staff, you’ve found it!)

Anyway, I’m SO glad I did.

There were two absolutely stunning model couples who knew exactly what they were doing, but were also so kind, patient, and willing to take any direction I threw their way. It made shooting today… so much fun.

I also got to meet so many incredibly talented local photographers. It’s always inspiring to be surrounded by creative people who genuinely love what they do. Special shoutout to Danielle at BOHE studios for being such a light in a, sometimes, how do I say…. tough industry. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who also believes in collab over competition!! She is sooooo talented, check her out and give her a follow!!

But none of this would’ve happened without Jordyne. She organized this entire event, brought everyone together, styled every detail to absolute perfection, and somehow managed to look flawless while doing it. Seriously… every single thing was beautiful.
