Looks like the weather’s going to kick our butts again at tomorrow’s Cary Farmers Market. Please consider throwing on a rain coat and coming out to support all the great vendors who rely on your patronage. We are fortunate to not have to rely on sales to pay our mortgage, but for most of the vendors and farmers, this is their livelihood. They rely on you coming out to stock up on your weekly produce and freshly made goods.

The dirty little secret of coffee roasting - equipment maintenance. It’s a filthy job but super important to keep everything running smooth, efficient and safe. Pictured here is the inside of the blower motor which is used to create airflow to draw chaff into the chaff collector and exhaust hot air. Not pictured is equally dirty ducting which gets replaced with each cleaning. Happy equipment equals happy roasting.
