Join our friend Corban Welter for an incredible musical adventure to develop your talents with other bluegrass musicians. 4 sessions to develop your rhythm, solo, and harmony!

How to Bluegrass: Group Music Class - Do you know your instrument reasonably well, but remain confused about how to get your Bill Monroe / Flatt and Scruggs / Tony Rice on? This class is for you! A good bluegrass band is like an engine. Every member has a clear purpose, and they function as a unit - delivering a powerful and exciting sound greater than the combined individuals' musicality.

In 4 installments, Corban will paint a clear picture of how the standard 5-piece string band works, teaching the individual to fulfill their role and blend comfortably with other players. This is an ensemble-based class; students will be enrolled by instrument and formed into bands so that they can practice their new skills in context.
