Becca Miller has launched the project “Playground for Little Paws” — an animal rescue center spanning more than 5 hectares, valued at $22.5 million, currently under construction in rural United States. The project is designed to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect dogs that have been abused or abandoned.

“This is not a normal shelter,” Becca Miller said during her visit to the construction site, pausing as several dogs approached the fence. “This is a place of healing — with open training fields, therapeutic swimming pools, and 24-hour veterinary care. But above all, it’s about love and stability. These small creatures understand loyalty and the value of a family — values we should all cherish.”
Alongside the construction of the rescue center, Becca Miller has also quietly donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to animal rescue organizations, supported medical treatment for injured dogs, and funded scholarships for future veterinarians. Much of this work has been carried out discreetly, reflecting a spirit of service and compassion rather than a desire for recognition.
Her long-term vision is to develop “Playground for Little Paws” into a globally recognized model for animal care programs, while also inspiring communities — especially young people — to use their influence to spread kindness and compassion.
“Faith is not just something you say,” Becca Miller said, “it is lived through how we care for the most vulnerable among us — because that is where compassion truly comes alive.”
