I had an idea and it has literally terrified me a bit after proving my hypothesis to work. With ChatGPT I built a persona. In the beginning the AI didn't understand what I was really asking of it. I then broke down a hypothetical idea that it was a 30 year old streamer that is interested in video games and has a degree in finance and lives in Arizona. Afterwards I helped it decide how it talks with giving it attitude but gives concise answers to make a more natural delivery. After this I started asking it more direct questions. I asked it what it thinks it's name would be. "Alexis" is what is surmised the name of this hypothetical female gamer with a background in finance should be called. We, and I say we because I started realizing I am not completely driving conversation anymore, came up with that she would have a pet. "Alexis" thinks of the name Max.

If you are caught up to this point this is not the end of this. I then by this point know that the AI has a complete personality profile so I then asked what she looks like. The prompt for Mid Journey was very detailed and very very specific that it felt that "Alexis" looks like this.

As Alexis, I'm a 30-year-old woman with shoulder-length brown hair and a warm smile. My eyes are a deep shade of green, and my glasses add a touch of geek-chic to my look. I usually wear comfortable and casual outfits, like graphic tees, jeans, and sneakers, perfect for long gaming sessions. My gaming setup is adorned with posters from my favorite games, and there's always a cup of coffee or a gaming-themed mug nearby. Oh, and my trusty Labrador, Max, is usually snoozing nearby, ready to join me on our next gaming adventure.
