Today, we pause to honor Juneteenth—a powerful reminder of resilience, liberation, and the enduring spirit of Black joy. On this day in 1865, news of emancipation finally reached the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

🖤 Juneteenth is not just a date in history—
It is a living legacy of strength, hope, and the continuing journey toward justice and equality.

HeARTfully Created was birthed in 2019 from light and love. We are proud to use genuine semi-precious healing gemstones in our products. They represent the core of who we are.

Creative Mind is our ART division where we curate personalized painting experiences both in-person and virtually. We offer original art pieces as well. HeARTfully Created Digital is a subdivision in which we provide graphic design and digital marketing services to serve our clients' needs.

Creative Body is our JEWELRY and CLOTHING division where we design handmade body adornments & also bring your custom ideas to life. We offer a clothing collection of our own too.

Creative Spirit is our WELLNESS division where self-care & self-love are TOP priorities. Here, we develop products that help affirm your self-healing journey.

A single idea served as the foundational seed to a beautiful garden of products and services that we continue to cultivate. We're happy to have you along on this journey with us. It is our belief that there is creativity inside of EVERYONE - be willing to give yourself PERMISSION to unlock it.

Happy Tuesday! It’s story time & today’s topic is on POTENTIAL.

A voice whispered to me this morning, “Don’t live your life in the potential.” I sat on that for a moment & was brought to the following epiphany:

Yes, you can recognize potential within yourself, others, or different situations. Please don’t rest there. Use potential as inspiration and motivation to create change in your reality.

The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; however, it can be TRANSFORMED or transferred from one object to the next. Potential energy is the energy an object possesses within itself that is yet to become active. The moment change occurs, it becomes kinetic energy – the energy that is in MOTION.

Many times we fool ourselves because in our minds we think that the potential is the promise of what’s to come, when in reality it’s just the first step. We have to do the work, aka transform, to put that promise into motion.

I’m challenging myself & challenging you as well to take a look at the areas in your life where you are potentially living vs. kinetically living. Grab a piece of paper, open the note app on your phone or tablet, & list those things. Once complete, try to figure out what’s holding you back in those potential energy dwelling areas. It could be a number of things, but it’s important to identify them.

My prayer for you is not to be fearful of the transformation that happens when you decide to put stagnant areas of your life into motion. That fear keeps you living in the potential, and baby, you’re a kinetic force to be reckoned with…
