Shout Out to my son Psalm 🔈
Had to make this post and acknowledge the accomplishment of my youngest son Psalm Asare for being inducted in the NSNSS - The National Society of High School Scholars for his consistently being on the Honor Roll and now being on the Dean’s list.

We take the time make post about where we travel to, what we eat when we go out, wearing new gear and some about absolute foolishness.

Well I haven’t been very consistent with my posting on this page but I had to make sure and proclaim to world I am very proud of his accomplishment. I have been blessed to have 5 wonderful children and I can safely say I am truly very proud of all of them. To Jah be the Glory 💯

Celebrating with Family ✅
After 23 years working in the Maryland School system, my mother has retired! We know she will always be there to function and help when needed and if possible but it was definitely time to retire from the rigorous life of the 9-5 or better yet 8-4.

The siblings decided to come together and celebrate with her once again for another job well done. My mom is so deserving of all the love and appreciation shown because she is always giving so it was time to receive some more flowers 🌺

See the family in the first pic (minus 5 persons) has all had the pleasure of her motherly (and grandmotherly) service and all her love shared…..so again we are most grateful and looking forward to returning the same to her. So blessed!

JRDC School Kindergarten completed ☑️
The JRDC School in Shashamane Ethiopia has completed the all new Kindergarten building with additional bathrooms for the younger students.

We give thanks to the Shashamane Foundation Inc. and the generous contributions of its supporters to help see this building project through.

The JRDC School is a long-standing community development project in Ethiopia that has serviced over 500 students every year for the past 17 plus years.

We give thanks to the Most High for Grace, Mercy and continued Blessings to carry this great works through to this point. It is such an honor and

“ZIon Gates are opened wide, come Ethiopians come….” is one of our Rastafari chants. On there recent return to Shashamane Ethiopia, our parents (and business partners) stopped by the guesthouse for the first time and they were pleased.
