Stage Manager & Assistant SM-
A theatre stage manager, will manage rehearsals, actors, technicians, props and costume fittings, and liaise with front-of-house staff and the director.
-A good understanding of both the technical and artistic elements of a performance to ensure it's delivered exactly to the director's requirements. Being involved from the rehearsal stage through to the live performances, will need to l be on hand to deal with any emergencies that may arise.
Responsibilities:
set up and run rehearsal schedules
procure props, furniture and set dressings and, in small companies, assist in set construction
arrange costume and wig fittings
distribute information to other theatre departments
manage the props, and possibly the design budgets, liaising with the production manager regarding costs
supervise the 'get in' to the theatre, when the set, lighting and sound are installed, and the 'get out', when all the equipment is removed
compile and operate prompt copy - also known as the 'prompt script' or 'the book', which notes actors' moves and cues, and the requirements for props, lighting and sound
make alterations to the set between scene changes, prompt actors and cue technicians
take charge of the show once is starts, running the backstage and onstage areas during performances
make sure that what is supposed to happen during a performance happens and handling any problems that occur
liaise with the director, stage personnel and other technical departments, e.g. costume, lighting and sound
call actors for rehearsals and performances
during a long run, maintain and replace props and costumes as required
ensure the company's welfare and maintain a good working knowledge of all relevant health and safety legislation and good working practice.
Stage Manager Requirements:

Street Team-
A Street Team Member must possess the tenacity, and outgoing spirit in order to communicate with potential show goers. We are seeking 6 students with vibrant personalities to canvas the Mt. Rainer area with show fliers.
6 incumbent needed- 1 hour per canvas day
Responsibilities:
Provide the below description of the performance. (On flier)
Make potential consumers aware of the group rating TBA
Distribute 10 minimum show fliers to local Mt. Rainer Area, including stores.
Present QR Code for patrons interested in purchasing tickets.
House Manager& Box Office-
4 incumbent needed
The house manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the house (typically both the lobby and audience seating area) during the run of the show. House managers welcome the public to the theatre and oversee their safety and well-being before, during, and immediately after the show. They answer questions, listen to patrons' compliments and concerns, and make audience members feel welcome.
• Provides an excellent patron experience at all performances. Manages printed program distribution, and secures programs and other patron materials.Maintains the appearance of the lobby and all public areas; communicates with Maintenance as necessary to ensure a clean environment. Resolves conflicts with any patron issues.
To effectively carry out their duties, a House Manager needs to know how to relate with people and communicate with them. Therefore, a good house manager is someone with sound judgment and patience to interact with the rest of the staff and support them in carrying out their duties
Responsibilities:
Will act as an usher, showing patrons to special RSVP as needed. (1st -3 rows)
Make patrons aware that we seat front to back only, making patrons aware of open seating.
If there are programs to be handed out prior to the performance, the house manager makes sure that the right number is available. The house manager does a pre-show walk-through of the lobby and seating area to verify that the house is clean and presentable for the audience. If there are signs or notices relevant to a particular show, such as "no flash photography" or "no use of cell phones" the house manager makes sure those signs are in place.
The house manager is responsible for the safety of the audience, in case of an emergency, like a fire or tornado, and should know what steps to take to either evacuate the audience members, or secure them in place. The ushers should also be instructed in emergency procedures, particularly where various escape routes are located.
The house manager works closely with the box office manager. If there is a dispute about tickets -- for example, if a patron mistakes the date on her ticket and shows up on the wrong night, the house manager may have to help resolve the situation. If there is a waiting list, the house manager coordinates with the box office manager to determine which audience members will be seated. If the theater offers standing room, the house manager must make sure that the theater is observing capacity limits and fire laws.
The house manager confirms show time with the stage manager. If there are latecomers, and a need to delay the start of the show, the house manager alerts the stage manager, who is managing the production as it happens. If some of the stage action takes place in and around where the audience is seated, the house manager makes sure that the aisles are clear of

Wardrobe- 4 incumbent needed-
Wardrobe Assistants are responsible for providing actors with the right costumes. Common tasks listed on a Wardrobe Assistant resume example are buying and hiring items, altering costumes, cleaning and ironing costumes, fitting costumes onto performers, and making sure performers look the same in all scenes.
Make sure actors costume is presentable and wrinkle free
Assist actors with wardrobe during performances
Steam or iron costumes as needed
Make- Up Artist- 2 incumbent needed
Theatrical Makeup Artists apply makeup to performers to reflect the period, setting, and situation of their role. They also apply makeup to enhance or alter the appearance of people appearing in production.
Select desired makeup shades from stock, or mix oil, grease, and coloring to achieve specific color effects.
Duplicate work precisely to replicate characters’ appearances on a daily basis.
Cleanse and tone the skin to prepare it for makeup application.
Assess performers’ skin type to ensure that makeup will not cause break-outs or skin irritations.
Study production information, such as character descriptions, period settings, and situations, to determine makeup requirements.
Alter or maintain makeup during productions as necessary to compensate for lighting changes or to achieve continuity of effect.
Assistant Producer- 2 incumbent needed
An assistant producer, also sometimes called a production assistant, helps the producer or director on the set of a film, television show or theatrical performance.
Preparing and distributing daily call sheets that explain the filming sequences as well as the actors and equipment required
Ensuring the proper application of performers' makeup and clothing
Announcing the start and conclusion times of each shoot
Identifying and reporting concerns that arise during filming to the director or producer
Managing screening and arranging the debut
Running errands and collecting supplies
Collaborating with the producer to create programme concepts and ideas
Gathering project study, information and knowledge from accessible resources

Marketing/ Promotional Team- 4 incumbent needed
A theatre Marketer is part of a team who focuses on the ‘advertising’ of a production and encourages customers to buy tickets for a production. A Marketer will promote your theatre/production through the use of social media, television, print and radio to inform and encourage the public.
Preparing, planning and managing a project to promote a production and using promotional materials to do this. Promotional materials can include merchandise with a productions logo, a programme etc.
Create marketing campaigns. A Marketing campaign is an organized plan that includes everything you plan to do to encourage customers to buy tickets to a production. For example, Aladdin the musical has posters in the majority of the underground tube stations and these are seen by a lot of people. When the production began, the cast would perform on local television shows, do interviews and appear on bus stops etc to promote the show
Creating and developing new ways to communicate to the public and promote something to customers
Keeping an eye on the marketing campaign and deciding how effective it is and how it can be improved
Supporting the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities such as sourcing contact information, sending merchandise and other materials to theatres and organizations, packing the merchandise, proof reading etc.
