Island Fete Fitness is a collaborative group of dance and fitness instructors and professionals whose goal is to provide a unique, result-focused fitness experience. Our personable approach to dance and fitness gives our “fitness family” inspiration and motivation to continue their fitness goals. Island Fete Fitness incorporates varied fitness genres with the flavor of Caribbean music, from all over the Caribbean, Latin and African Diaspora of rhythms. We also add in a sensual workout to popular music that will not just get your heart rate up it will get your sexy up too. From soca and chutney to Dancehall to African music and more, will take you somewhere warm and heat up your workout. In addition to dance fitness we offer event/entertainment planning services, performance and choreography services.
