Today, we're thrilled to announce this year's updates to the GRAMMY Awards process , which reflect new changes to the process for the 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Effective immediately, these changes include:

Sheron chose this particular flower because the inspiration for the gramophone which was the earliest record player was made in the likeness of this flower.

The gramophone is the inspiration for the GRAMMY itself. This sculpture represents a return to the beginning, a full cycle.

🎶 Sheron believes that music brings all people together and is made in love even when it comes from a dark place.

▪️ The goal of the sculpture was to take ownership of elements caused by war and destruction, to repurpose them and bring them together.

A trailblazer designed the Global Impact Award for . created a masterpiece for our culture and vision that represents legacy, love and solidarity.

▪️The petals of the gramophone flower are sculpted utilizing upcycled shattered glass which he melted down, colored and re-blown.

▪️ The stem and stamen are constructed of ammunition that I sourced from war sites which I also melted down and sculpted then dipped in 24 Karat Gold.

▪️ The first cubic layer of the platform is made of glass.

▪️ The base of the platform is cast of reformed war ammunition then plated in black nickel.
