I encourage each of us to define our lives on own own terms.

The easiest paths to walk are always the ones previously cleared by others. The challenge is to do the unexpected; the be among the willing to use the tools, talents, and techniques available to us in our toolkits to map, chart, and carve out own our paths. That is the stuff of fortitude, persistence, commitment, and self-love.

I encourage each of us to keep pressing forward, eventhough and despite what may appear to be fear, doubt, worry, and concern.

Our job as "seekers," especlially when it feels as if the world is crashing in on us from all sides, is to keep on moving and to trust the process.

When the dust settles and the seeming trouble passes -- as it always does -- let us hold onto the fact that we made it through, and moreover that we are far stronger than we ever knew.

I encourage each of us to honor the truth that walking in our purpose will not always feel easy. The path to real freedom asks more of us than comfort ever could. If liberation were simple, everyone would choose it—but freedom, true freedom, is shaped for those willing to be forged by its purpose.

Let’s accept that our journeys may stretch us, challenge us, and call us beyond what we once believed we could possibly bear. Still, we rise. Still, we walk. Still, we choose the road that leads to the highest version of ourselves. We are among the willing, and though the path is not easy, it is necessary—and we are built to do hard but necessary things.
