In its first year of eligibility, VOCA earned six Helen Hayes Award nominations—a powerful recognition of work that could not have happened anywhere else. This is what it looks like when Deaf and BIPOC artists are fully supported: bold, resonant, high-caliber theater. Your gift sustains that momentum—directly supporting the artists VOCA champions—so more groundbreaking work can be created and shared with you - our community.
Support VOCA’s mission to create a platform for Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf+, and HoH BIPOC artists today. Be a part of our “For the Artists” fundraising campaign, and mark this momentous occasion as we approach the Helen Hayes Awards.
