Born in Marshalltown, Iowa, Adam Whitehead, with 32South Label Group, spent his early years on his parents farm outside Lynnville listening to KBOE and KXIA on the family stereo. His father played an influential role in his life by his voice and knowing his way around a guitar, eventually learning to play on his own. Adam's most recent venture took him to the country radio chart, specifically the Music Row Country Breakout at #65 for his self-penned, The Way Whitley Done It. That very song served as the title track to his Billboard Charting record. Whitehead has stamped his name in Country Music history as the only Iowa country artist to land as high as #45 on the Billboard 100 Top Albums Chart, #74 on the Billboard Top Albums Sales Chart, and on the same week, making a Top 40 entrance on the Billboard Breaking and Entering Trending Artists Chart at #31.
