Hello everyone, just just share the state of our business. We've had normal "trusted" customers steal from us and just recently got hit with credit card fraud that hit us very hard. Not sure where this is taking us but it has definitely taken the wind out of our sails to continue on. I just hope these individuals are happy with their selves, one is local that I could mention a name but we don't stoop that low! Hopefully things will turn around and give us a little boost but right now moral is pretty low!

I totally revered and greatly appreciated a lot of things about my entire shopping experience at Fin Vibes, including but not limited to the exceptional service and extremely helpful tips I received from the kind and thoughtful owner.
From the easy to access products, the non-gimmicky displays, the no pressure product explanations, and the much needed straight forward advice from someone who’s well versed in their field yet is as humble as they come, I don’t believe anything could’ve been done to improve my stellar experience. It’s obvious that customer satisfaction is at the core of their business practices.
What I learned during my visit greatly improved my bettas life, health, and habitat and here’s the real kicker: it drastically simplified mine! A better outcome I could not have predicted or expected.
The atmosphere is comfortable, serene, and charming, and the way the store operates is the embodiment of a customer-focused retail establishment.
Fin Vibes is a rare breath of fresh air and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has fish or wants fish or desires to be in the company of fish and the good folks who care for the fish and you.

Want to say Hi to Fin Vibes, Inc. it was great to visit yesterday. We always enjoy seeing all the beautiful fish. The girls and I had a wonderful time we always leave with smiles .
