During spring break, the Choate Rosemary Hall Orchestra traveled to Seoul, South Korea ๐ฐ๐ท, where they were invited to learn about hanbok and its cultural significance while exploring historic sites such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Jogyesa Temple. The group visited museums and markets and immersed themselves in Korean culture through music, food, and performance. The trip concluded with a shared concert at Gabin Art Hall featuring the Seongbuk Youth Disabilities Orchestra and the Choate Rosemary Hall Orchestra, bringing a meaningful week of cultural exchange and music to a close.
