The birthday girl’s grandmother said “I have to leave in 2 minutes.” right when I realized I hadn’t taken any final video or pictures I had to make a run for it.🏃🏾‍♀️

You never know what you will find after a kids’ sleepover. This was a first for me while picking up. I didn’t find out til a few days later that it was his tooth that fell out during pick up.

POV: You hire 3 employees to help with a sleepover setup, and the stakes were HIGH because this wasn’t our first sleepover party for this family. They already had high expectations for their Teepee Jamboree experience, so we had to deliver.

One employee fell asleep on the job, but the other two actually helped with the setup.

And the client? LOVED the finished sleepover setup. So I guess the team passed the performance review. 👏🏾
