Quick, easy, and so ono! 😋 Sizzling up this delicious noodle dish in no time. Drop a comment if this is your go-to comfort meal too!

Chow Fun 101—simple Hawai‘i-style comfort food! 🌺🍜

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet or wok. Stir-fry your choice of meat with ginger until lightly browned. Add the carrots, celery, and onion, then cook until the vegetables are half-done.

Add the bean sprouts and stir lightly. Remove everything from the pan and set aside.

Heat the pan again and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the chow fun noodles and cook for about 1 minute, or until the edges reach your desired level of browning.

Return the meat and vegetables to the pan and toss everything together. Taste and add oyster sauce or soy sauce as desired.

Quick, easy, and ono! 😋🤙

The Midnight Dinner Club 🐈🌙

These cats only appear at night. Somehow, they know exactly when I arrive home from work. The moment I walk inside, they gather patiently by the kitchen door—waiting for their late dinner!

The funny part? None of these cats are mine! 😂🐾
