Today is flag day, although you probably won't hear about it in the news. It's an important day because it stands as a symbol for the free country. In 1777 congress approved of the first official flag of the United States of America. 13 stars and 13 stripes to represent the 13 colonies of the new found country. The red symbolizes hardiness and Valor, the white symbolized purity and innocence and the blue represents vigilance, perseverance and justice. We are one country under God. This is the United States of America.

Together with we submitted a piece for the Pinal County law enforcement banquet. Custom engraved serving tray with D48 awesome cups. Some lucky law enforcement people get to take this home at the end of the banquete!

Here is some updates for everyone on what we've been working on. This is our new laser cutter and engraver. Inside the machine is our standard 36" flag. You can see the size of our new machine, well, we can engrave very large things now! Due to family setup and time constraints we are moving away from cnc, and towards laser engraved items. We will still be able to do our normal flags, they will just be laser engraved now. This will allow for much finer details in graphics we put on the flags! We also will be pushing out other laser engraved items that I will be posting examples here shortly. We thank everyone for continuing to follow and support UPCUT woodworks, this is the next chapter for us! Thank you all.
