We offer three different workout formats to meet a variety of fitness needs, all featuring upbeat, family-friendly music and moves. Do you love dancing and toning to uplifting music? Then our REFIT classes are for you! Our REFIT classes are aerobic dance workouts guaranteed to pump you up and get you sweating. If you prefer lower-impact workouts designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch, then our REV + FLOW classes are tailor-made for you! If you’re a HIT fan, our HIT 45 classes will bring the heat and challenge your strength and endurance. And if you can’t make it to our studio but still want to get an incredible workout, all of our studio classes are available virtually via our REFIT On Demand service, which allows you to stream classes from anywhere in the world on the device of choice! As a small business, we often find ourselves moving from problem to problem and putting out fire after fire. That’s why these moments of recognition means so much. Not because we were voted “the best“ but because many of you said we were. 🥹
