Wabash Dance Band June 5th downtown at Maimi and Canal.

We will have an extension cord ready for us

There will be 14 chairs, I'll bring 4 of my own
They don't normally provide chairs, but was able to get some.

Our spot will be marked with chalk

Call time is 5:00 pm

Setup can be anytime after 3:00 pm

Concert starts at 5:30 pm

Wear Wabash Community Band polo shirt
If you don't have one then black shirt
Any color pants

If you were missing any sheet music let me know before Friday

This is for the concert downtown Wabash June 5th from 5:30-6:30, then 7:00-7:30 pm

Bring your stand to June 1 and 5th
Wabash Community Band Shirt on 5th

We will play all the Timbercrest songs and one we played there last year
We need 1-1/2 hours of music

Dance Band

Sarah See got us a new gig downtown Wabash.
It is sponsored by the City of Wabash

Bob Urbani said this is a good one to attend, as he will be there
Please Trumpets - I'm counting one at least a 1st and 2nd trumpet

They would like the Dance Band to play from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Then the Peru Circus performs from 6:30 to 7:00
Then we would play again from 7:00 to 7:30 pm

There is NO Peru Circus Band practice or concert that day

Setup can be at 3:00 pm, Call time is 5:15 pm.
If you're available but can't be there right away that's fine. Just be there ASAP.

We will play the Timbercrest songs and ones we play last year.

Kelly said we can practice at Living Well up until August 1st

Since this is a short notice I think we can have 1 practice
at Living Well on Monday June 1st from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

Please let me know that you can play this.

There is Dance Band practice tomorrow Monday 04/13/2026 after community band practice around 8:15 or 8:30 pm.

We will play the other half of songs we didn't play last week which is for the Timbercrest senior center concert April 22 from 6:30 to 7:15 pm.
