Mark your calendars! On Saturday, June 27, 2026, downtown Oceanside is the place to be for the Oceanside USA 250 Festival brought to you by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. 🇺🇸

Following the annual Independence Parade, the celebration moves to the Junior Seau Pier Amphitheatre for a huge afternoon of live music headlined by country star Craig Campbell, a community Chili Cook-Off, Kids Grand Prix, a Free Fun Zone, and local food vendors!

It’s going to be an incredible way to honor America’s 250th birthday right by the pier. Admission is free to the public!

🏋️‍♂️🍺 Are you ready to flex your muscles and win some prizes? Check out the Beer Stein-Holding Contest in Beer Garden sponsored by edcowasteandrecycling.

Ten contestants will battle it out to see who can hold a 32-ounce mug with a straight arm for the longest time. The winners will receive souvenir pilsners to take home. There's no cost to enter, but be prepared to lose your pride if you can't hold on to your mug! The contest runs two times throughout the day:

🍺 10:30 a.m.
🍺 3 p.m.

Come cheer on the competitors and enjoy some cold brews in the Beer Garden! 🍻 Don't miss out on this Festival favorite event. Cheers! 🍻🍓

🍓❄️ Get ready to chill out with the coolest event at the Vista Strawberry Festival! The Frozen T-Shirt Contest sponsored by Alchemy Print Co.!

How does it work? Contestants will be given a wadded-up, frozen t-shirt to unravel and put on as quickly as possible. The first person to successfully wear the shirt wins!

This adults only event takes place in the Beer Garden at 11:30 a.m.

The winner gets the coveted "I 🍓 Vista" t-shirt, so make sure to bring your A-game!
