Meet Jamie! Our coloring book is coming along. We are using a graphic design tablet and tracing the photos with a black line layer. Some illustrations were partially generated by AI as well.
The goal is to create images for all ages to interpret each experience through their own color story. Coloring can be a meditative and thoughtful practice. As an artist, tracing the images of each advocate brings me into their journey. Each line in her smile and every glimmer in her eye shows me what courage feels like.

I know floral designs like this are super detailed and when redrawing the portraits, I am following the hand trails of the designer. ❤️

Behind the scenes of V's shoot. One thing for sure is that her team of hair, makeup, floral designers, and photographers leveled up the concept of art transforming souls.

"The florist chose purple calla lilies because they are my favorite. There is a blending of dark and light elements to show the darkness after you go through cancer and the light represents reinventing yourself".

But in the dark, seeds of hope also root,
From ashes bloom a tender shoot
My life has changed, but continues the same,
With each breath, I let go of the fear that remains.

I’ll hold the memory of the loss I’ve known,
But I won’t let it define the life I’ve grown.
In my breast where the cancer used to be,
My heart beats and grows stronger within me.

And though the fear may never fully go, it’s
met with courage that continues to show.
Beneath the scars a warrior’s soul resides,
And with each day, my faith still abides.
