💥 boom 💥

Some updates on the flyer for A Cultivated Cookout, and thanks to the folks who caught the errors. Also, we are doing this acoustic for a couple reasons. For one, running sound in two spaces is a lot easier when things are acoustic. Secondly, I really want folks to be able to talk, walk around, and catch up. In 2011, I dropped my first reggae songs under a different name, on myspace lol, and the journey from that point on has been rollercoaster. But I've been blessed to work with some amazingly talented musicians, have grown to have many brothers and sisters in this music world, and am honored that these folks would take their time years down the road to come back and celebrate with us. It's more of a reunion than a festival. And since most artists do 10 and 20 year anniversary parties, I figured 15 would fit the CM way of doing things. Lastly, I will not be technically doing a CM set, but will be backing some of the acts who are not normally acoustic, helping to orchestrate the drum circle, and backing the artists at night with Jahvin Purnell and Rama like the old Ann Marie's Pub shows. If you've followed this project a while, this will hopefully feel like a much needed family reunion. See you soon folks!
