Sooo I did a thing. 🙂 Read for details.
Last weekend, we finished our YTT200 and had the practicum to teach our first class. I was soooo nervous. My ribs cramp when I get that nervous and I was sore for a couple days. When I started the intro and grounding, I thought my heart would beat out of my chest. But then I breathed with the class and it was savasana before I knew it. Of course I couldn’t stop thinking about what I forgot to say but I was so proud of myself. I did great. Tears were rolling down my face and I had to hold back the ugly cry. What a journey the last 8 months have been. I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher. 🙏🕉️

Back in August/September, life actually propelled me down this path….to this studio. Every moment has been an endeavor—being reminded of who I was, and a growing revelation of who I am. Times where actual goosebumps appeared because I was on the right path. Previous experiences in my life and what I’m learning fit perfectly. And it’s just barely started.

Thank you to I hold so much gratitude. ….and I’m weeping again as I write that.

The future is looking bright ☀️😎

What a weekend! 🙂 Thank you to all-visitors, volunteers, MOCA staff. The weather sucked and it still was an amazing event. This was, by far, the hardest but best show I’ve done yet. Tons of emotions—incredibly rude men invading my space, yelling at me, and calling me names, close to selling out, repeat customers, being honored by the judges, overwhelmed by compliments about my work, loud waves on the beach AND this adorable cutie visiting!

I am spent and will take time to recover but there is a part of me that cannot wait to do it again. I love this.
