✨Assist with loading equipment into and out of the event location
✨Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of event equipment
✨Have a good mechanical knowledge to be able to troubleshoot lighting and sound equipment issues
✨Assist in operating DJ equipment
✨Assist Lead DJ in pre-planning and preparation of paperwork for events
✨Take general requests from the guests for the Lead DJ
✨Communicate with clients, including the bride and groom, when requested by Lead DJ
✨Assist Lead DJ in engaging with guests during events
✨Assist in capturing photos and videos of DJ’s at events

-Experience in a professional office setting

-Being present at weddings to assist client and banquet team in executing each event

-Client file management and detail management

-Gathering event details and coordinating with managers during weekly meetings

-Online research of event industry practices, products, ideas, etc.
