👻. Ghosts are like a hologram. An imprint of energy left behind from a dramatic moment in someone’s life, a spin-off of the drama that happened. The actual soul has already moved on into spirit.

Think of the tire marks on the road that stay there long after the accident. You can see them for years, and the car is long gone.

That heavy, negative energy you feel in certain places is spin-off energy. It feels so dramatic because it ignites fear in us, and fear is what disempowers us. Your body picks up the imprint, your nervous system reads it as danger, and it seems like something powerful is in the room. Once you know what you’re feeling, there’s nothing left to fear. You can stay grounded and keep your power.

There’s nothing to be afraid of here.

Your hands tingle before the phone rings. You get a flash of someone’s face and then they text you. You smell your grandmother’s perfume in an empty kitchen.

Because your brain was never taught what to do with that information, it files it under coincidence. So naturally you start doubting yourself before the sign even finishes arriving. Your body keeps receiving, and your mind keeps saying “probably nothing.”

That’s why you can logically know something is happening and still feel unsure.

There’s a lot of talk out there about negative energy, and a lot of people hear it and decide mediumship is something to be scared of. Your body takes that in, and your nervous system starts filing “connecting with spirit” under “unsafe.” Which means even if you feel a pull toward this, something in you hits the brakes.

Here’s what I want you to know. Your departed loved ones are not showing up in a reading to yell at you, steal your soul, or harm you. I’m going to make more videos so you can see what negative energy actually is and what it isn’t, because understanding it takes the fear out of it.

You’re carrying baggage from a lot more than just this lifetime. At the end of the day, when people want evidence, it’s either scientific or personal experience. If scientific evidence doesn’t exist yet, people often need their own experience to validate what they believe. And that’s okay.

After hundreds of readings, and countless pieces of evidence about departed loved ones, about people’s lives, about things they’ve never said to a single soul, I can tell you this. Mediumship just isn’t proven with scientific evidence YET. But it’s on its way, and it’ll happen in this lifetime.

If this just cracked your brain open a little, here’s what to do with it.

Real talk. Your loved ones aren’t floating around in some holding pattern waiting on you to pray them into peace. They did their life review, pulled the wisdom from that lifetime, and moved into spirit world already. They’re not stuck. They’re not waiting. They’re available to you right now.

And here’s the part that gets even wilder. Your soul, and theirs, is actually a fragment split off from a higher self, which is part of an even bigger oversoul. That’s a whole other rabbit hole for a different reel.

For now, just know this. They’re not somewhere far away waiting for permission to reach you. They’re sending you signs constantly, and the conversation is always open.

And technically, you don’t need a medium to connect. You have the ability just as much as me or anyone else. It’s a matter of starting to recognize the signs that they’re sending.
