• My average turnaround time right now is one to two weeks, excluding holidays. If I am able to get it done sooner, I will certainly do that and contact you when it is ready for pickup.
• Rush orders are available for an additional charge. If you need your order done sooner than my 1 to 2 week turnaround time, please let me know so I can add a rush f
ee and push your order up.
• All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc.
• Due to the customization of these items, all customers must pay half upfront, before I can begin the production process.
• Payments can be made online via invoice on Facebook Pay, Venmo or PayPal. If you are a local customer, you're welcome to drop off cash payments as well.
• I do provide digital proofs for approval with customized items once your item is purchased. Unfortunately, I cannot offer proofs prior to purchase due to the amount of inquiries I receive.
• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds once payment is made. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.
• I am not reliable for any damage caused/done to the cup after you have received it. Of course, if something does happen please contact me and I’ll do my best to fix any situation❤️
• Please follow proper cleaning instructions given with your purchase, if you choose to not comply with those instructions, I am not liable for the damage caused to the item.
• Shipping is available through USPS. Standard shipping will include a tracking number, and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please be sure to let me know if you'll need your order shipped, so it can be added to your invoice.
