Big rounds tonight as the team continues getting ready for the upcoming competitions.

One of the best things about a strong team is having training partners who are willing to push you, challenge you, and help you improve every day. Everyone has different goals, but when it’s time to prepare for competition, we come together to make each other better.

Today was an amazing day of work all around at Primal Syndicate.

Our kids class at 5PM was awesome and the energy from the kids all week has been incredible to watch. Grateful for all of the kids that participated and all of the parents that came out to watch their kids learn this beautiful martial art!!

Open mat at 6PM was absolutely packed tonight with cross trainers from all over Victoria. That’s something special that we’re trying to build here a strong community where everyone can come together, train hard, learn from each other, and grow regardless of where they train. Iron sharpens iron.

We ended the night with a solid striking class and a room full of people getting better together.

Grateful for everyone who continues to support and be a part of what we’re building here. This is only the beginning. 🦍🦍

Last day of our FREE Kids Jiu-Jitsu Week tonight at Primal Syndicate Jiu-Jitsu!

It’s been an awesome week with a great turnout, tons of learning, and the kids building confidence, discipline, and having fun on the mats.

The kids are already building confidence, learning new techniques, and having a great time on the mats. Seeing everyone improve each day and support each other has been great to watch.
