Day 4 of our Kids Free Week today at 5 PM and the energy has been awesome all week. The kids have been learning new techniques, building confidence, staying active, and having a great time on the mats.

If you haven’t brought your child in yet, there’s still time to come try a class. Ages 7–13, no experience needed.

Day 3 of our Kids Free Week was awesome tonight.

The kids are already building confidence, learning new techniques, and having a great time on the mats. Seeing everyone improve each day and support each other has been great to watch.

Huge turnout for Day 1 of our Kids Free Week at Primal Syndicate Jiu-Jitsu. The energy in the room was awesome and all of the kids came in ready to learn and work hard.

Really proud of the focus, effort, and attitude everyone showed today. This is only the beginning and we’re excited for the rest of the week.

Classes continue every day this week at 5 PM for ages 7–13. If your child missed today, they can still jump in tomorrow. Free all week!!🦍🦍

Great morning at Primal Syndicate Jiu-Jitsu 🦍🦍

10AM open mat had a great turnout and the 11AM striking/MMA rounds brought in another solid group right after. Love seeing everyone putting in work, helping each other improve, and starting the weekend the right way.

This is exactly how mornings should start good rounds, good people, and a room full of hard work. Appreciate everyone who showed up today.

Big updates to the schedule at Primal Syndicate Jiu-Jitsu.

Our Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes and Striking/MMA classes have officially moved to new time slots to help better structure training and continue growing the program. Whether your goal is competition, self defense, fitness, or learning a new skill we’ve got classes for all levels.

With our MMA program continuing to grow and the team getting bigger every week, now is the perfect time to get started.

Huge congratulations to Camren Ali on earning his blue belt tonight.

Camren started training with us when we first opened the doors, and from day one he’s impressed me with both his skill and work ethic. He came in with some previous experience, but the amount of growth he’s shown in a short time has been huge.

This past weekend he won his division, beat a purple belt as a white belt, and even went out there against a very high level grappler and held his own. More than anything, he’s stayed consistent, coachable, and always willing to put the work in.

Blue belt well deserved. Excited to see what’s next for him. 🔵👏
