gh my own creativity. Whether I am creating from a photo, the real thing, or creating imagery from words on a page, there is something truly magnificent about blessing my own heart and the hearts of others through art. I have many mediums that I work in:

Multi-media and more! If I can dream it or hear the vision from someone else, then I can create a visual! I love to find inspiration around me and inspire someone else through art media. Some pictures that are posted are available for sale, others have found homes already. I do accept commissions and would love to create something for you or a loved one! Another day, another miniature pendant! This Mermaid was so much fun to bring to life. I’ve always loved the ocean, myths, legends, and fantasy. So when I painted this blue background, she popped right out at me!

Its Time!
It’s the 8th of August and I’m starting to work on ornaments! Due to such high demand and not enough hours in the day, I will not be accepting Commissions this Holiday season, but if you see a piece you’d like when I post them, you are welcome to purchase them before my bazaars begin! Art work is all about the joy it brings to the artist and others around them! I didn’t get any awards, but I knew it was a long shot for multiple reasons! I hope that my kids get to see and learn the importance of doing art for yourself and remember that it’s not about the prizes and awards- it’s about the process and the joy! I am still holding out a little hope that my piece may be a people’s choice painting this week or next week, but it’s not something I feel I need. I love it and I’m proud of it and that’s what matters to me! I think it will look great in my office…

It’s done! Here is the update on my painting from last week! I made a painting just for me, with the possibility of a million stories to be imagined! I entered it in the Clark County Fair in Ridgefield, WA, and I know it was done fast, on an upcycled canvas from a free pile, and without a lot of rules followed…. But it’s mine and I love it! What do you think? What do you imagine as you look at it?
