That is Rewire & Flow: A Meditative Line Drawing Experience, and I am bringing it to for the very first time.

The perfect excuse to slow down, create something beautiful, and actually exhale.

You will be guided step by step through neurographic drawing, a meditative art practice rooted in neuroscience that uses flowing lines, shapes, and color to calm the mind, release what is no longer serving you, and reconnect you to your own creative flow. No art experience needed. If you can hold a pen, you can do this.

Mother Earth held me this week. In the water falling over stone. In the moss beneath my feet. In sunlight breaking through the leaves, reminding me I am still here, still whole, still held. I did not have to earn this. I only had to stop long enough to let her in. This is medicine you cannot read in a book. You remember it in your body, the moment you let it hold you.💧

My hand knew before I did. 🔮✨

A body softening into itself. A hand resting where truth lives. A head tilted back, finally exhaling what it had carried for so long. I didn't design this logo so much as I received it. 🌙

This piece was created for a platform built on body trust, body respect, and food freedom, for the radical practice of caring for yourself, even on the hard days. I sat in stillness, let the message move through me, and what came through was "The Sacred Truth."

Your body deserves care whether you feel good about it or not. That truth doesn't need to be earned, only spoken.

This is what happens when you give children creative freedom. 🎨✨

One week out from our Creating with Joy Visual Art Exhibition and I am so proud of what my student artists have made. Watching them pour themselves into their art, find their voice, discover what they are capable of… it never gets old.

This is exactly why I do what I do. In the art room and beyond it.

Through The Intuitive Brush, I offer Young Artist Alchemy, private 1:1 sessions for young creatives TK through 6th grade. I spend 60 minutes painting, sculpting, experimenting, and playing with your young artist. No wrong answers. No rigid instruction. Just a magical space where their creativity is celebrated as exactly what it is: pure magic.

Summer is coming. I am taking clients. 🌿
