If you are looking for the perfect summer bucket list activity, outdoor movie nights are officially back! Ovation Hollywood hosts an incredible cultural movie series on the last Friday of every month, and for this event, the theme was a beautiful celebration of Indian culture.They screened the iconic 2002 sports comedy Bend It Like Beckham. With the 2026 World Cup kicking off this month, it was truly the perfect cinematic choice to get everyone into the football spirit!

Of course, a Bollywood-themed celebration isn’t complete without traditional body art—henna is a absolute must for an authentic experience!I was so incredibly grateful when the team at Ovation Hollywood reached out and invited me to bring Hollywood Henna on board as the official event artist. I had the absolute best time setting up my station, mixing traditional art with the Hollywood energy, and connecting with such a diverse crowd of film lovers.

My client wanted to cover up some dark spots on her thigh with a meaningful design before committing to a permanent tattoo. We hid the scars completely using bold lettering for her boyfriend Dante, wrapped in delicate vines and florals. Stick around until the end to see that rich Jagua stain.
