Each year, we honor a Pride of Kentucky member by presenting her with our Overtone Award. The Overtone Award recipient is chosen by the body of the chorus as the person who has most demonstrated a quiet, unselfish and "behind the scenes" approach to working hard for the chorus in that year.

We were thrilled to present the 2026 award to Susan Taylor! Susan wears many hats in the chorus from webmaster to pitch piper! She is a member of the PoKY music team and also keeps us all on our toes and ON PITCH as our resident pianist. 🎹

⭐️What an incredible weekend at regional competition. We had an absolute blast and want to celebrate all the winners and competitors—you were amazing! ⭐️

We loved every moment on stage and couldn’t be more proud of our quartets, our hardworking stage crew, Donna Ebelhar and all the volunteers that make our regional competition run so smoothly.

A special shoutout to Melissa Roe for earning the Bev Miller Leadership Award—we are so proud of you!🏆

Kudos to our talented social chair, Kim Thomas (lovingly known as Vera to the chorus!) who assembled quite the totally rad 80’s wagon for the wagon decorating contest. 😎

Our chorus and this sisterhood is special and its weekends like this that allow us time to laugh, love and make beautiful harmony together.❤️💈🎶
