From a family farm in New Jersey to the Olympic Games. The work never stopped.

My conversation with Doug Payne is now live on YouTube.⁣

Doug is one of the most accomplished equestrian athletes in the country. He represented the United States at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games. He is a trainer, a pilot, and someone who has dedicated his entire life to mastering one of the world's most demanding sports.⁣

In this conversation, he did not hold back. We talked about growing up on a farm, following his mother into the sport, the mentors who shaped him, and the quiet determination that keeps someone at the top of their craft for decades.⁣

This is a real conversation with a real person who has lived a remarkable life.

Watch it now. And if you love it, please share it.

From Spanish Harlem to stages around the world, the rhythm never stopped.

I am SO excited to share that my conversation with the one and only Tito Puente Jr. is now available as an audio podcast on Worth the Price of Admission!

Tito carries the torch of his legendary father, the Mambo King, with a fire and freshness all his own. In this conversation, he takes us inside a life shaped by music. From sneaking into his father's garage as a kid to bang on the drums, to performing at the iconic Palladium in the heart of Times Square, to becoming an ambassador of Afro-Cuban salsa and New York-style mambo for a whole new generation.

We talked about legacy, about what it means to honor a legend while forging your own path. We talked about growing up in El Barrio, about the rhythms that run through the streets of New York City, and about the joy and responsibility of keeping that music alive.

You will laugh. You will be moved. And you will walk away with a deeper appreciation for the power of music to connect us all.

This one is truly worth the price of admission.

Listen now and let me know what you think. I would love to hear your feedback!

As the year comes to a close, I am reminded of why we do what we do. ⁣

There is something timeless about watching people pursue their passions, devoting themselves to their craft and their joy.⁣

What inspires me most are those who forget about keeping score and focus on their love for the work, the journey, and the process.⁣

Let us carry that spirit into the new year.⁣

Certain memories resurface this time of year, especially those that remind you of how special it is to see someone doing what they were born to do.⁣

Photographing Lionel Richie was one of those moments that meant a great deal to me. The lighting, the energy, the emotion on his face, and the way the room lifted with every note, a photographer could not ask for more.⁣

Looking at this image during the holiday season reminds me of the power of holding onto memories that shape us. The ones that make us pause. The ones that stay warm no matter how many years pass.⁣

When you sit with your loved ones during the holidays, what story always comes out?⁣

Stories have always drawn me in.

My early experiences as a photographer taught me to seek out moments of authenticity, which continues to guide the way I listen and connect with others today.⁣

On Worth the Price of Admission, I engage in meaningful conversations with guests from all walks of life, athletes, artists, leaders, and everyday people on extraordinary journeys. ⁣

They share the decisions that shaped their lives, the obstacles they have tackled, and the defining moments that made them who they are.⁣

These conversations are created to linger with you, highlighting just how powerful a single story can be.⁣
Thank you very much for being part of this journey. So much more awaits.⁣

This photo takes me back to 2013 at Old Timers Day in Yankee Stadium, a day that honors the players who carried baseball forward and kept its spirit alive. ⁣

Standing with Goose Gossage, Helen Hunter, Brian Doyle, Kay Murcer, Ron Guidry, and Dianna Munson felt like being in the middle of a living scrapbook.⁣⁣

Some words stay with you. ✨⁣

This one reminds me why we do what we do: to listen, to preserve, and to pass it on.⁣

Because every story carries something forward, and every moment truly is worth the ride.⁣

"Lady, it ain't even carbonated." 🍷

This remains one of Yogi Berra's best lines, a clear reminder that wisdom does not always wear a serious face.

I am remembering this moment with Lindsay Berra as she shared her favorite Yogi-isms, from "the future is not what it used to be" to "when you come to a fork in the road, take it."

Sometimes, the best advice comes packaged in laughter.
