didn’t start this because I wanted to “eat less.”
I started because I was tired of feeling constantly hungry, thinking about food all day, and riding the blood sugar rollercoaster. 🎢
What surprised me most?
After adding this simple pre-meal habit… I naturally started eating less without forcing it.
No white-knuckling.
No tiny portions.
No feeling deprived.
Just feeling satisfied faster and staying full longer. 🤍
It’s wild how different things feel when your body finally gets support instead of restriction.
