🚨79 Missing Children Recovered🚨

The U.S. Marshals Service recovered 79 children reported missing or endangered during a month-long operation across Ohio, officials announced on Tuesday.

Operation Meridian took place during the month of August and is reported to be the largest child recovery operation in Ohio history.

The children, ages 6 to 17, were reported missing under a variety of circumstances, including suspected s*x trafficking, physical and emotional abuse, neglect, running away and other forms of endangerment.

“Every recovered child represents a life pulled back from danger,” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott stated.

Imagine for second dropping your teenage daughter off for a totally normal weekend sleepover, completely unaware that the stepdad of the house was a convicted s*x offender and was supposed to be in court the very next morning.

If you haven't heard about the Jesse McFadden case here in Oklahoma, this one is absolutely horrifying.

And honestly, the more you learn about his history, the more questions you have about how he was allowed to be around children.

McFadden had been convicted of first degree r**e in 2003 and spent 17 years in prison. While he was still incarcerated, he was caught using a contraband cellphone to contact a 16 year old girl and exchange n**e photos.

He was eventually released in 2020.

After getting out, he married a woman named Holly and moved with her and her three children to a rural area here in Oklahoma.

From what Holly's family has said, she was a very protective and devoted mom. There doesn't seem to be any indication that she knew everything about McFadden's past.

Then in 2023, Holly's 13 year old daughter Tiffany had two friends over for the weekend. Ivy Webster was 14 and Brittany Brewer was 15.

Their parents thought they were dropping their daughters off for a typical teenage sleepover.

They had no idea McFadden was supposed to be in court that Monday morning facing new charges.

When Ivy and Brittany didn't come home Sunday , their families started looking for them. Then Monday morning came, McFadden didn't show up for court and police went to the property.

What they found was devastating! 😭😭

Seven people were dead, including Holly, her three children, Ivy and Brittany. McFadden also died by su***de.

Investigators later determined that Ivy and Brittany had been s*xually assaulted before they were killed. I debated whether to include that detail, but I think it's important because these girls went to that house for what their parents thought was a completely normal sleepover.

And this is the part I keep coming back to.

Those two girls' parents had no idea about the man living in that home. They trusted that their daughters were safe going to a friend's house.

In today's day and age, it's so sad that children cannot simply go to a friend's home for a sleepover anymore.

As a father of a 6 year old boy, my wife and I will not allow him to sleep over at any friend's house. FULL STOP! 🛑

We are not willing to gamble with our sons safety.

A federal judge in Wisconsin has ruled that AI-generated child s*xual abuse material is protected by the First Amendment, but he voiced concerns about these kinds of cases.

The decision comes in a case against a Wisconsin man who was arrested in 2024 for producing, distributing and possessing AI-generated child s*xual abuse material.

According to the Department of Justice, 42-year-old Steven Anderegg used a text-to-image generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) model called Stable Diffusion to create thousands of realistic images of young children.

Many of the images depicted naked children engaging in s*xual in*******se with men, the DOJ said.

Anderegg was also accused of sending some of the images to a 15-year-old boy and telling the boy how he created the images using AI.

At the time of Anderegg’s arrest, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Nicole M. Argentieri said the DOJ was prepared to hold him accountable.

“Today’s announcement sends a clear message: using AI to produce s*xually explicit depictions of children is illegal, and the Justice Department will not hesitate to hold accountable those who possess, produce, or distribute AI-generated child s*xual abuse material."

But last week, Judge John Z. Lee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the charges.

In his Aug. 25 decision, the judge referred to two U.S. Supreme Court decisions from 1969 and 2002. The first ruled that people have a right to keep obscenity in the privacy of their homes, and the second ruled that child s*x abuse material that does not depict real children is not child po*******hy and is protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

"We now live in an age where GenAI models can render images depicting the abuse of virtual children that are virtually indistinguishable from those depicting the abuse of actual children,” Lee wrote in his decision. “This case illuminates how this evolving technology complicates the lines drawn by the Supreme Court … that was nearly twenty-five years ago, and the image-generation technology available today was likely unimaginable back then. Given the relentless advancement in artificial intelligence models, we have some concerns about the lines these cases draw, but we are not free to redraw them ourselves

Saturday, the vision God gave me in 2009 came to fruition.

While my timing was delayed, the Lord gave my father a similar vision that would lay the groundwork for me by gathering a community together as one in the body of Christ with Unity Praise and despite my father's passing in 2020, I picked up the torch to carry on his legacy combined with the vision the Lord bestowed upon me.
