Through Wellness Wisdom, we sat down with 16 Indigenous Elders to preserve teachings on traditional foods, cultural practices, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and the knowledge that has sustained our communities for generations. This full-length companion film brings those voices together in a powerful celebration of resilience, healing, and cultural continuity.
Please note: The reception, film premiere, and Elder panel are all part of one ticketed event and are reserved for Indigenous community members. We encourage everyone to attend the artist market earlier in the day to support our incredible Indigenous artists, makers, and small businesses.
