MYTHS & LEGENDS: EXHIBIT & PERFORMANCES
- A co-curated Project by Trueson Daugherty & Steve Liggett
A MYTH or LEGEND IS: a story of historical events that serves to unfold part of the world view of a people or explain a practice, belief, or natural phenomenon. This is a juried exhibition that contains a variety of media from artists' submissions. These expressions take the form of a story, poem, painting, sculpture, or performance. There were also a series of workshops preceded the deadline for entry.
The Exhibition portion of this project Opens Second Friday, Sept 13, 5-8pm And continues through Oct 3, 2024.
Gallery hours after opening: THURS 5-8pm, SAT 1-5pm
The Closing Poetry and Performances will take place on Thursday, October 3, beginning at 7pm
